The photographs must be returned to us in excellent condition at your expense. We recommend that you use the original packaging materials.

If the shipment you receive has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately to receive instructions on how to proceed, and please retain the damaged photographs and shipping materials until a claim can be filed.
