Texas Route 66 photographs
I began my Route 66 photography of Texas as a young lad in 1947, long before Route 66 was a famous historical road. Of course, my shots from that era are snapshots, but a few may make it to the coffee table book on Route 66 which I am preparing. My earliest serious Route 66 fine art photographs of the Mother Road were made in 1980.
