Texas Route 66 photographs
This "handicap" sign represents not only a place to park a vehicle, but the condition of Glenrio as well. I photographed this former village on the Route 66 Texas/New Mexico border. The post office is closed and mail boxes stand outside the building. People must live here, but in 5-7 additional trips to Glenrio, I have only seen curious visitors.
