Oklahoma Route 66 photographs

Here is an example of the uglier side of humanity; garbage dumped alongside our beloved Route 66. I made this photograph in 1980, and returned in 2002. The area was now much overgrown - shrubs along the road developed into trees and yet much of the refuse remained.
